It is a lot of hard work.  You have to have passion for it.

Meet up with friends; love the pub scene.

Love it when customers enjoy their coffee.

Strangest customers' request:
Decaf short black.
Also there are customers who order every single extra option.  Example: Decaf, soy, caramel, extra hot, three quarter latte.
