| Most decaffeinated coffees are disappointing, lacking weight and body due to the reduced caffeine content. Our coffee is surprisingly full and provides an almost pure coffee flavour when extracted well. Using a blend of premium Columbian Swiss Water method decaffeinated beans and undergoing the most careful of dark roasts that takes the bean to the limit of roasting without damage, this is a coffee for coffee lovers. With rich chocolate and peanut characters, which hover close to the edge, this coffee has weight, body and depth due to the darkness of the roast. Well suited to milk based coffees, the low acidity also makes this an ideal macchiato or short black coffee. |
